This picture was taken at a Festival between Rotherham Utd, Notts County and Mansfield Town Community Trusts. Tommy Charlton is the younger brother of Bobby and still playing due to this format of football favouring his age and abilities.
Apart from playing with Bobby for a Rotherham team and against him for County our similarities do not end there. He worked in Mining Rescue the same industry I started my apprenticeship in before leaving for Art School on a Degree Course. He still lives in the same area of Rotherham I was born and brought up in.
The Team who played at Derby and won the Regional Finals with a trip to Bodymoor Heath, Training Ground of Aston Villa Football Club to play in the National Finals.

An over 70's team who played a Nottingham Forest over 70's team in 2021.
The players who went up to Rotherham to play in a mini event against Rotherham Utd Community Trust along with Mansfield. The team shot was photo bombed by Mansfield's goalkeeper.
A new kit purchased from funds raised on line to accommodate the new sizes required for larger players. Our past kits have only required L & XL the new influx has meant that the kit sizes have had to go up to XXL. An alternative kit was also made from the funds raised by on line selling.
